Why Free Throws?
1) Free throws are the most important shot in basketball. Becoming a highly skilled
free throw shooter lays the foundation of every other aspect of shooting.
2) Games on all levels are won or lost at the free throw line. Improving ability
and confidence at the free throw line will increase a team's chances of winning.
3) Mastering free throws is a highly technical skill. Free throw shooting requires
correct instruction and extensive practice for players to reach their full potential as free throw shooters.
